City Hall Is Evacuated After Underground Electrical Fire At 11th And Lindsay

City Hall was evacuated around 11:15 Tuesday after an underground electrical fire at 11th and Lindsay streets.

Employees said there was a loud noise and lights flickered in the building.

Some black smoke arose from a manhole.

A number of emergency personnel went to the scene.
