Attorneys Brittany Thomas Faith And Mark Litchford Selected By Super Lawyers As Rising Stars

Attorneys Brittany Thomas Faith and Mark Litchford at the law firm of Grant, Konvalinka & Harrison, P.C. (“GKH”), in Chattanooga, were named a “2018 Rising Stars” for the Midsouth region.

Super Lawyers is a nationwide rating service that utilizes a selection process consisting of independent researchers, peer review nominations and evaluations to rate outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a "high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement." To attain Super Lawyer status, attorneys must first be nominated by their peers in Tennessee and only five percent of the state’s attorneys make it through the multi-phased selection process. officials said.  

Ms. Faith is a member of GKH's Immigration Group and focuses her practice on immigration, including family-based immigration petitions, employment based petitions and humanitarian relief. She says she is committed to providing personalized, cost-effective immigration services for her clients around the world and across the U.S.  Ms. Faith is active in Chattanooga and around the southeast. She currently serves as the vice chair of the America Immigration Lawyers’ Association Midsouth Chapter, which constitutes immigration attorneys in Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, Mississippi and Louisiana.  She was part of the reinvigoration of SETLAW and served as president in 2015. She also has been active with the local young lawyers. Ms. Faith is currently serving as the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Division East Tennessee governor and executive liaison to the Public Service Committee. Ms. Faith also serves on the board of La Paz of Chattanooga and the Midsouth Immigration Advocates.

Mr. Litchford has extensive trial experience and appellate practice in representing clients in both state and federal proceedings and has contributed to the firm’s growing practice of representing personal injury victims and their families, including victims of motor vehicle accidents, defective products, nursing home neglect, unsafe workplaces, medical malpractice and insurer misconduct.  Mr. Litchford recently completed training on Advanced Plaintiff Strategies for Automobile Injuries held by the National Business Institute, a providers for specific skill-based legal education and training.  Mr. Litchford is a member of the American, Tennessee and Chattanooga Bar Associations and is licensed to practice in Tennessee, Georgia, the Eastern District of Tennessee and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
