Jimmy Redmon
Jimmy Doyle Redmon went home to be with His Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his great-granddaughter, Isabella Wright.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Nan Redmon, three sons, Jerry (Ronda) Redmon of Birchwood Tn., Jimmy Ray (Jackie) Redmon of Knoxville, Jeffery (Beth) Redmon of Ooltewah; six grandchildren, Stephanie (Dakota) Schabell, Jennifer Redmon, Holli (Ethan) Wright, Brandon Redmon, Jeremy Redmon, and Everett Dews; four great-grandchildren, Jaylin Redmon, Alex Wright and Braxton Redmon.
Jim loved the Lord first and for most. He also loved camping and fishing. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was loved by everyone that knew him.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 9, in the funeral home chapel with the Reverend Ronnie Jones and the Reverend Paul Taylor officiating. Interment will follow the service at Lakewood Memory Gardens, East. Family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, at the funeral home.
