A 10.5-acre site with two large warehouses and 6,200 square feet of office space near I-75 has sold for $4 million.

There is a 3.5-acre undeveloped outparcel.

The property is at 7801 Lee Highway.

The sale was to Atn Hoelzel Lp from Rv Storage Fund Lp.
