Michael Ray “Mike” Lyle, age 74, of Dalton, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at Hamilton Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents, W. E. and Sarah Bervil Lyle; and a brother, Don Allen.

He was a member of Grove Level Baptist Church.

Survivors include his loving wife of 54 years, Sandra A. Lyle of the residence; daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Richard Schlegel of Waynesboro, Pa.; son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Tami Lyle of Bainbridge; and grandchildren, Hannah-Kate and Lyle Allen Schlegel, and Keith Lyle, Jr. 

A funeral service will be held Saturday, Nov. 10, at 2 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Dr. Charlie Bridges officiating. Burial will be in Good Hope Cemetery.       

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from noon until the funeral hour at 2 p.m.
