Stephen Laton Moore, 34, was shot and killed early Sunday morning on East 5th Street. Car Runs Into Captain D's On Hixson Pike

Shortly after 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, Chattanooga firefighters with Quint 6 watched as a car ran into the corner of the Captain D’s restaurant at 5106 Hixson Pike.
