New Self Storage Facility Opens On Cowart Street

Local real estate development company, Atlantic SBS LLC has opened a new location named South Broad Storage. The newly constructed facility at 2430 Cowart St. comprises 35,720 square feet of rentable storage space in 332 climate-controlled storage units.

South Broad Self Storage will provide a highly advanced security storage option to the local community of the Southside Historic District, which is less than a mile from historic Downtown Chattanooga, said officials. Sitting on the cross streets of Cowart and W. 25th Street, South Broad self-storage is less than two miles from landmarks such as the Tennessee Aquarium, The Chattanooga Choo Choo and UTC. Less than a mile from Finley Stadium, Chattanooga Market and Chattanooga State Park.

Atlantic SBS LLC is partnering with Absolute Storage Management to provide professional self-storage management. South Broad Self Storage opened Oct. 25.
