Bramlett, Mary "Tooter" Rogers (Benton)

Mary “Tooter” Rogers Bramlett, 97, of Benton, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at her residence.  She was a lifelong member of Zion Missionary Baptist Church.  Before her retirement, she worked at Benton Banking Company for over 30 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eulain Bramlett, Sr.; parents, George Oliver and Mary “Mollie” Moore Rogers; son, Scott Lee Bramlett, Sr.; grandson, Patrick Bramlett; sisters, Eula Bramlett, Jane Evans and Jo Stewart; brothers, Bennie Rogers, Ray Rogers, John Woodrow Rogers and George (Bunk) Rogers.   

Survivors include her son, Eulain Bramlett, Jr. (Kandi), of Benton; grandchildren, Scott Bramlett (Sonya), Nick Bramlett and Steven Bramlett, all of Benton, John Bramlett, of Pella, Ia. and Jason Bramlett (Vanessa) and Hannah Mary Bramlett; eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews, all of whom were very special to her.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14 at Zion Missionary Baptist Church, with the Reverend Mike Hazlewood and the Reverend W. L. Shipman officiating.  Interment will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15 at the Zion Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. 

The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, prior to the service at Zion Missionary Baptist Church.

The family requests that memorials be made to Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 953 Parksville Road in Benton or to the charity of your choice.
