Pearl Marie Reels, 88, of Birchwood, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018.

She was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Gladys Barnard and was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Charlie” Reels, daughter, Patricia Reels and seven siblings.

Marie loved gardening, crocheting, cooking, reading and music. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include six children, Ronnie Reels, of Birchwood, Connie (Mike) Marsh, of Decatur, Tn., David (Lisa) Reels, of Ooltewah, Tammy (Billy) Levy, of Birchwood, Wendy (Terry) Skorno, of Harrison, Sandi Robinson, of Birchwood, 15 grandchildren, Joey, Ericka, Jillian, Jared, Angie, Melissa, Travis, Jennifer, Kevin, Tyler, Kirstie, Macy, Viktor, Tasha, Amy, nineteen great-grandchildren, a great-great-granddaughter, five siblings, Rosie, Sharon, Glenda, Verbon, Junior, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018, in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Grasshopper Cemetery in Birchwood.

The family will receive friends from 4–8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 9, at the funeral home.
