Steve Sharp, 63, of Fort Oglethorpe, passed away Wednesday May 16, 2018 at his home. He was a resident of the North Georgia area for the past 32 years and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his loving wife of 45 years, Patricia Sharp; mother, Bertha Sharp, of Fort Oglethorpe; son, Grady (Janie) Hix, of Troy, Oh.; grandchildren, Grady Hix Jr. and Rachel Hix, of Troy, Oh.; friends, Bill, Jim and Bob, all of Charlotte, NC; and his Chihuahua, Tiny.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
