Luther Roberson
Luther Naaman Roberson, Jr., 65, of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018 at his residence.
He graduated from Riverside High School class of 1971. He was formerly employed by Jefferson Properties as a maintenance worker.
Luther was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Delois Roberson, Sr.; brother, Carlton Roberson.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Faye Roberson of 38 years; sons, Antonio Glatt, LaJuan Woods, Adam Roberson, Dedric Roberson, Chris Roberson, Jamal Roberson all of Chattanooga, and Luther Roberson, III of Nashville; step-sons, Danny Smith of Chattanooga and James Morgan of Huntsville, Al.; 21 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Ellis Roberson; sister, Lizzy Herd, both of Pikeville; a host of uncles; aunts; nieces; nephews; other family and friends.
He will lie in state on Sunday, July 1, after 12:30 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be on Monday, July 2, at 10 a.m. in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
