Medical Transcriptionist At Erlanger Medical Center And Memorial Hospital

Lenoir Gail Hitchner, 70, of McDonald, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2018.

She was the daughter of the late Glenn and Ada Keener and was preceded in death by her brother, William Keener.

Lenoir was a former medical transcriptionist and had worked for Erlanger Medical Center and Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga. She was an avid sewer, quilter and embroiderer.

Survivors include her two children, Michelle (Mike) Rogers, of McDonald, Bill Hitchner, of Deepwater, N.J., eight grandchildren, Raya, Ryan, Riley, Reid, Rachel, Jagger, Gage, River, great-granddaughter, Jessa, and sister, Elaine Taylor, of Elmer, N.J.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
