Betty "BJ" Jo Colquitt of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away September 5, 2018, from heart complications in her sleep.

BJ Colquitt was a loving mother of two children.  She enjoyed art, poetry, and family. Her daughter, Tanesha Colquitt, and her son, David Pasley, loved her with their lives.

She leaves behind two siblings, her mother and a legacy full of love, life, and friendship.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, Sept. 9, at 3 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Home of Etowah Chapel. 

A gathering of family and friends will be held Sunday, Sept. 9, from 1-3 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Home of Etowah Chapel.
