Fulin’s Asian Cuisine To Open At Cambridge Square

  • Wednesday, September 5, 2018

Fulin’s Asian Cuisine, a family owned upscale Asian concept, will open a 3,000 square foot restaurant at Cambridge Square in 2019. Evan Chen and Ashlee Anderson of  Fulin’s in Cleveland will oversee operations at Cambridge Square. Cambridge Square is a mixed-use development located in Ooltewah, just off I-75’s exit 11.

Family-owned and operated, Fulin’s has been serving Asian cuisine since 2004 with locations in Tennessee and Northern Alabama. The restaurant’s parent company places emphasis on hiring local employees and sourcing its food from local vendors. The result is an upscale dining experience that offers a menu that fuses authentic Chinese and Japanese dishes that are a delicious and sophisticated departure from traditional Asian eateries, said officials

Fulin’s will be open for lunch and dinner, offering take-out and dine-in service. According to Mr. Chen and Ms. Anderson, the lunch atmosphere will be casual and geared toward patrons who are looking for a great meal on a limited schedule. At night, the experience will lean more upscale, where patrons can try new dishes and spend time relaxing with friends and family.

“Fulin’s is quite simply a fantastic concept,” said Jim Cheney, marketing director at Cambridge Square. “They add a much-needed category to Cambridge’s culinary offering, and they are very excited about entering the Ooltewah market. Fulin’s is a game-changer when it comes to Asian cuisine. We are thrilled to make this announcement.”

Fulin’s menu brings together comprehensive and Asian options including Chinese entrees, a vegan menu, gluten free options, Sushi and Sashimi, Japanese entrees, and specialty rolls, soups, and appetizers. Fulin’s chefs and staff take great pride in their cuisine’s cultural heritage and selecting recipes and fresh ingredients that are traditionally prepared with modern twists. Diners can enjoy single meals at the Sushi bar, or large family meals in which entrees can be shared in large groups.

“Understanding that the community is the heart of our restaurants, we currently hold multiple sponsorships with youth athletic programs, churches, and various academic institutions,” Mr. Chen and Ms. Anderson said in a statement.  “As we continue to expand, we will look for more opportunities to give back to the communities we serve. We have Asian cuisine, but most importantly, we have friends and families.”
