Frank “Skip” Brannen, Jr.

Frank “Skip” Brannen, Jr. passed away on August 21, 2018, at the age of 68.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Luella Brannen. 

 

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Peggy Brannen, children, Pamela Beuoy and Frank “Trip” Brannen III (Jennifer), siblings, Renie Brown (Fred), Betty Rutherford (Jerry), John “Moonpie” Brannen, and six nieces and nephews.

 

Skip was a member of First Christian Church for over 30 years and a longtime competitive swimmer.

He was a member of the Greater Chattanooga Sports Hall of Fame.


A celebration of Skip’s life service will be held at First Christian Church, 650 McCallie Ave., Chattanooga, Tn. 37403 on Sept. 7, at 6 p.m. with visitation from 4-6 p.m.
