2 Arrested In Soddy Daisy On Child Neglect Charges After Abandoning 4 Children

Two people, Jessica and Brookes Taylor, were arrested in Soddy Daisy, after abandoning their four children on Thursday afternoon.

The children were dropped off with Ms. Taylor's cousin at a park. She said they told her they would return.

Authorities were called and assisted in caring for the children, who were not dressed appropriately. Food, formula, clothing, and diapers were provided for the children.

The Taylors were arrested and are charged with four counts of aggravated child neglect charges.
