Dwight Turner, 26, Arrested In Atlanta For Fatal Accident On Holtzclaw Avenue That Killed 2

The driver of the vehicle who caused a traffic crash on Holtzclaw Avenue resulting in two fatalities and causing critical injuries to another on Jan. 3, is in custody. Dwight Turner, Jr., 26, was apprehended in Atlanta on Tuesday by U.S. Marshals working in conjunction with CPD's Fugitive Division. 
 
 Sara Ashlee Meredith, a passenger in the vehicle Turner was driving, was also apprehended and taken into custody. Tuner and Ms.
Meredith have full extradition warrants on file and are awaiting transport to the Hamilton County Jail. 

On Jan. 10, another passenger in the vehicle Turner was driving was arrested by Chattanooga Police. Hailee Freedom Hicks was charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving death or personal injury and failure to render aid. 

All parties traveling with Turner at the time of the crash are now accounted for.
