D. Frazier DeVaney Elected To 2019 BOMA Board Of Directors

NAI Charter announced Property Manager D. Frazier DeVaney was elected to the 2019 BOMA board of directors. Mr. DeVaney will be working with Jeff Cuthbertson, owner of SERVPRO, on the BOMA communications team where he will be disseminating information for BOMA on its social media platforms.
"I am honored to be elected to the BOMA Board of Directors and am excited to further my involvement through serving on the communications team. BOMA has been an integral part of Charter Management Company by building relationships and foundations within the business community of Chattanooga," said Mr.
"I have stressed to all the staff at NAI Charter the importance of being involved in real estate organizations. It is exciting to see Frazier taking on a leadership position with such a recognized organization as BOMA," said Mr. DeVaney, president of NAI Charter.
Mr. DeVaney joined NAI Charter as the Property Manager in the Fall of 2017. He graduated from McCallie School and graduated Cum Laude from Sewanee: The University of the South with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Resources and a minor in Economics. Previously, he worked as a project manager at ENERG3 where he designed, implemented, and oversaw projects for multiple properties.
