Sheyenne Sullivan
Police say a woman took tools three different times from a garage on Middle Valley Drive off Noah Reid Road.
Sheyenne Sullivan, 20, is facing aggravated burglary and a number of theft charges.
A resident of Middle Drive said the woman, always wearing the same sweatshirt, was caught on video each time.
A detective, looking at the video, recognized Ms. Sullivan. He said she was a suspect in other theft cases. She was caught on video in some of those incidents.
She was spotted along with Michael Stalyon on Sunday at 2021 E.
3rd St. Both were caught after a short foot chase. Both had multiple warrants on file.
