Willie Jay Boyd Is 3rd Man Arrested In October 2018 Murder Of Jacob Dakota Moore Of Apison

A third man has been arrested in connection with the murder of 26-year-old Jacob Dakota Moore of Apison.
 
Willie Jay Boyd, 39, was taken into custody on Wednesday in Rossville after he was added to the TBI's Top Ten Most Wanted List.
 
Charged earlier were Askia Witherow, 39, of Ooltewah, and David Robinson, 42.
 
Authorities said the slaying occurred last October in Hamilton County. The body of the victim was later located wrapped in a tarp in a remote area of Polk County, Tn.
