John Caylor
John H. Caylor, 80, of Chattanooga, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2019.
John was a native of Chattanooga, born on August 11, 1939, to the late John H. and Dovie Caylor.
John was a member of Dallas Bay Baptist Church. He formerly worked at Cape Kennedy and he retired from TVA in telecommunications. He enjoyed golf and baseball and was an avid NASCAR fan.
Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Jaime Brandon; step-son, Jeff Bolus; grandchildren, Peyton Prestwood and Avery Brandon; sister, Nancy Begley and brother-in-law, Carl Begley; and niece, Gina Stephens.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Caylor.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Oct. 15, from 4–6 p.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel, Hixson.
Arrangements are under the care of the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
