The John Sevier Chapter of the Tennessee Society Sons of the American Revolution on Friday recognized the staff of Chattanooga Funeral Home on South Moore Road for their exemplary patriotism in the display of the flag of the United States of America.

John Sevier Chapter President George Ison accompanied by other members of the chapter made an official presentation of the SAR’s “Flag Certificate” to Steve Yarbrough and Hank Williams who represented their co-workers and the Chattanooga Funeral Home.

The SAR seeks to honor businesses and individuals who continually demonstrate their patriotism through the display of the American flag.

Individuals or businesses interested in participating in the SAR’s recognition program can find contact information at the John Sevier Chapter’s website.
