Lawsuit Claims County Deputy Groped Minor Girls In Driving Rain

  • Saturday, October 19, 2019

A Circuit Court lawsuit claims a county deputy groped minor girls while having them stand outside a vehicle in a driving rain.

The suit was filed against sheriff deputies Daniel Wilkey and Jacob Goforth.

It says Deputy Wilkey followed the teens a number of miles before pulling them over. He said the windows were tinted, though the lawsuit maintains they are not.

The suit says Deputy Goforth arrived about the same time.

It says Deputy Wilkey made a male in the group strip to his boxer shorts, then told him to take those off. The boy declined.

The suit says Deputy Wilkey searched the female juveniles by having their extend their buttocks while he reached around them and allegedly groped them.

It was claimed the incident lasted nearly two hours.
