Patricia “Pat” Gray Spence
Patricia “Pat” Gray Spence, age 72, went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, November 10, 2019 at her home surrounded by family.
She was born March 22, 1947 and was the daughter of late James and Elsie Hurst Gray of Dalton. She was preceded in death by her brother, Steve Gray; and in-laws Jack and Katherine Spence.
Pat is survived by her devoted husband of 54 years, Ronnie. Also surviving children are, Kelly Spence and companion Christina Crouch of Palm Coast, Fl. and Krista and Rick Long of Dalton; grandchildren Lauren and Owen Bagley of Calhoun, Jordan Long of Dahlonega: great-grandson Tommy Bagley of Calhoun. Also, sister and brother-in-law, Wanda and Gregg Legg of Rocky Face, nieces Dana (Brad) Silvers of Rocky Face and their children Shelby, Cayden and Lakelee, Mehgan Fox and son Koleton of Rocky Face; sister-in-law Pat Gray of Tunnel Hill; special cousins Victoria (Andy) Gunther of Bremen, Ga. and Cindy (Lynn) Smith Hixson. Also, special friends Susan and John Relaford, Jennifer and Wayne Brooks, Debbie and David Pearson, Peggi and Michael Johns, and Sandy and Eddie Church.
Full of faith and love for her family, Pat was a member of ChristChurch Presbyterian. She, along with her husband Ronnie, were the founders of Raspberry Row where they made so many wonderful friends over the years.
The family would like to thank Dr. Stephen DePasquale, his staff, and North Georgia Community Hospice for their loving care.
Family will receive friends at ChristChurch Presbyterian Fellowship Hall on Wednesday, Nov. 13, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. A private graveside service will be held.
