James Tigue
Bradley County Sheriff's Office deputies and detectives responded to a burglary reported by a resident on Spring Place Road.
Several items were stolen from the residence, which were linked back to James “Jimmy” Tigue who was located and arrested.
Upon investigation, BCSO deputies and detectives identified the items that were stolen from the Spring Place Road residence. Items matching the description of those missing from the residence were noted to have been in the possession of Tigue when officers made contact with him earlier that day, before the burglary was reported.
Officers had made contact with Tigue earlier that day and noticed that he was in possession of some unusual items; once the burglary was reported, it was determined that the stolen items matched those in Tigue’s possession.
At the time of this offense, Tigue was out on bond for a previous aggravated burglary.
Warrants were issued for Tigue for burglary and theft; he was arrested the following day and remains in custody at the Bradley County Justice Center on a $20,000 bond.
