Joyce Cofer Frazier, 89, of Chattanooga, died peacefully on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, at her residence following a lengthy illness.

She was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

She was born to the late Eulalee and Walter Cofer.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Maurice Frazier of 58 years, one sister, Mildred Harris, five brothers, Chamis, Samuel, Ralph, Howard and Gordon Cofer.

She is survived by her daughter, Bernita Renee Frazier, her brother-in-law, Bobby Frazier (Norma), of Ooltewah, nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Monday, Nov. 18, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Dr. Kourtney Krueger officiating. Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday and from 12-2 p.m. on Monday.

Arrangements are held by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, Tn. 37343.
