Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in Tennessee are selected to receive the honor of a Super Lawyer.  To qualify, the lawyer must be very highly recognized by their peers for their professional achievement, and the attorney must go through a multifaceted selection process including independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations by practice area.  Selections for this list are made by the research team at Super Lawyers, which is a service of Thomson Reuters.
