Peggy Catlett
Peggy Hays Catlett, 92, of Hixson, Tennessee, passed away on November 25, 2019.
She was a member of First Christian Church and held several positions in Christian Women’s Circle.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip and Kitty Hays; sister, Sarah (Bill) Headen; brothers, Phillip (Olga) Hays, Jr., William Allen (Peg) Hays and Dan (Ruthie) Hays.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, John E. Catlett, Jr.; daughter, Ann Anderson; son, Steve (Karen) Catlett; grandchildren, Rebecca Porter, John Anderson, Natalie Catlett, Alex Catlett, Lauren Ladd and Taylor Dobbs; two great-grandchildren; cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, Dec. 1, from 2-3 p.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, Dec. 1, at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Brandon Gilvin officiating. Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are held by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, Tn. 37343.
