A commercial center in Hixson has sold for $3.5 million.

The center is at 5741  Highway 153.

Tenants include Fast Access Healtcare, Boost Mobile, Rent-A-Center and MurMaid Mattress.

The sale was to Hickory Grove Community Llc from H & K Properties Llc.
