East Ridge Log Cabin On Almost 2 Acres To Go Up For Auction On Dec. 15

A unique log cabin on almost two acres in East Ridge will go up for auction on Dec. 15.
 
James R. Cash Auctions, of Murfreesboro, Tn., is conducting the sale at 1 p.m. at 3902 Arnold Place in East Ridge.

The home has 2,000 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The log cabin is reached by a winding driveway on the wooded property.

It includes tile and stone Interior and a sunroom. There are outbuildings as well.

Terms are $10,000 down day of sale and balance due in 30 days. There is a 10 percent buyer’s premium added  to the final bid to determine sales price.
