Effie Tuggle
Effie Rosa Tuggle, 97, passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2019.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Tuggle, Jr.; son, James Tuggle III; parents, Nathaniel and Anna Lee Ware; and 12 siblings.
Survivors include her daughter, Carolyn Yates, Chattanooga; son, George Keith, Seattle, Washington; granddaughter, RaShawnda Yates; grandson, Darryl Tre’ Brown; a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 16, at Orchard Knob Baptist Church, followed by a funeral service at noon. Interment will be at Forest Hills Cemetery.
