Hamilton County Schools To Delay Start 2 Hours On Wednesday

  • Tuesday, December 10, 2019

Hamilton County Schools will delay the start of school two-hours on Wednesday morning due to the forecast of snow and sleet overnight.  The delay will provide daylight to assess travel conditions and provide better travel conditions for young inexperienced drivers and for school buses.

School aged child care will open on the normal schedule.

School district personnel will continue to assess road conditions this evening and in the morning.  An updated announcement will be made in the morning if conditions require additional action.
