Brian Moore And Hayes Stooksberry Are Finalists In McCallie's Freshman Showdown

Monday, February 11, 2019
McCallie's chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America has been putting its freshman members through a series of competitions throughout the school year in a competition called Freshman Showdown.

They have gone through interviews with Assistant Headmaster Kenny Sholl, been asked to develop plans to deal with presidential scandals and have been asked to develop and sell a new product to Santa Claus at Christmas.

After each round of competition, students have been eliminated and they are down to their final two freshmen.
Brian Moore and Hayes Stooksberry will be competing in the final challenge with a team of three more freshmen that each of them picks.

Brian and Hayes will both manage their teams as they take over Blue Orleans restaurant in downtown Chattanooga for the night on Monday (today).

The serving, staffing and management will be in their hands from 5:30-9 p.m., and a final winner will be determined based on how well each team does running the restaurant.

Blue Orleans is located at 1463 Market St., and the Freshman Showdown takeover will be from 5:30 to 9 p.m.
