Home Damaged By Fire On Noa Street Monday Afternoon

Chattanooga firefighters were dispatched to a house fire at 3106 Noa Street on Monday at 2 p.m. A Chattanooga police officer was the first on the scene and reported thick, black smoke was coming from the small, one-story house.
