Donna Bandy
Donna Donatelli Bandy, 65, of Cohutta passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Fay Skinner Donatelli; father, Frank Thiry; and brother-in-law, Steve Cassidy.
Donna was an active member of Rock Bridge Community Church and was a retired teacher at Tunnel Hill Elementary School. Her grandson Jude was her pride and joy and she lived a life that pointed people to goodness and faithfulness of her savior.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Nikki and Matt Barrett; grandson, Jude Barrett; sister and brother-in-law, Thara Donatelli and Jesse Buchanan; sister, Shirley Cassidy; brother and sister-in-law, Dean and Debbie Bandy; nieces, Kimber Bandy and Lisa Carrel; and many loving friends and family.
Memorial services will be Monday, Feb. 18, at 5 p.m. at Rock Bridge Community Church Stage 123.
The family will receive friends on Monday at Stage 123 from 3 p.m. until the service 5 p.m.
