PayPro HCS, a full-service human capital management company with offices in Chattanooga and Kennesaw, Ga., hired Magan O’Dell as vice president of sales. "The newly created position will help PayPro drive business development and increase revenue as it delivers a range of services to small and large businesses," officials said. "PayPro provides everything from recruiting and hiring to payroll, benefit administration and time and attendance services."

"O’Dell brings years of experience in sales, business development and management, including a previous role with a digital display manufacturing company," officials said. "While working for an employment recruitment agency, she achieved sales success as a consistent top performer in the Southeast.

Prior to joining PayPro, Ms. O’Dell served as vice president of business development at Uni-Structures, Inc., where she led a company rebranding, including the launch of a website and social media. Before that, she surpassed sales targets as assistant branch manager at Randstad North America. In 2015, she held the number four spot in revenue out of 600 sales executives.
Ms. O’Dell graduated from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and corporate psychology. Ms. O’Dell has participated in multiple leadership programs and completed mission work in various countries.
A native of Georgia, Ms. O’Dell was born and raised in Cobb County and now resides in Paulding. She remains active in the community by coaching youth cheerleading and supporting her church, Burnt Hickory Baptist.
