Andrew B. Morgan Hires Frank Pursell

  • Thursday, February 14, 2019

The Law Offices of Andrew B. Morgan has hired associate attorney Frank Pursell.

"Mr. Pursell moved to Cleveland with his wife, Taylor, from Smithville, Tn. to begin working with Andrew Morgan, but his experience in the legal field did not start there," officials said. "Frank was fortunate to grow up around the practice of law, since two of his grandparents are practicing attorneys in Smithville. Prior to becoming an attorney himself, Frank was able to work in his family’s firm, gaining valuable experience in a wide array of legal issues."

Frank first attended Tennessee Tech University for a bachelor’s in accounting and a master’s in business administration.

He later attended the University of Memphis’ Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he received the CALI Award for the highest grade in no less than ten of his classes and graduated in the top six percent of his class.

During his time in law school, Mr. Pursell also married the love of his life, Taylor Pursell. When he is not practicing law, he enjoys taking trips to the mountains with his wife and two dogs—Bo and Dagny—for snow skiing and camping.

Upon graduating from Memphis Law in 2018, Mr. Pursell returned to his family’s general practice firm in Smithville before being hired by Andrew Morgan for the start of the 2019 calendar year. "As a young, general practice attorney, he is in the top tier of his colleagues in experience and competence, and he is available, alongside Andrew Morgan, for all your legal needs," officials said.
