Justin Cornelius Howard-Jones, 19, of Chattanooga, passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, at his residence.
He attended Central High School and was owner/manager of Jones Lawn Care Service. Justin accepted the Lord at a young age. He was a member of Stoney Point Baptist Church.
Justin was preceded in death by his grandparents, James Cooper, LaFrances McClendon, and Toni Lynn Holloway; uncle, Thomas “Shorty” Callahan.
Survivors include his father, Lloyd (Rebecca) Jones; mother, Michelle (David Holloway) Howard; grandmother, Clara Cooper; brothers, Adam (Heather) Jones, David “DJ” Holloway, and Brandon (Christy) Malone; sisters, DaShayla Howard, Lillian Tarukwasha, Jadiel Tarukwasha, Alicia Laster, Kristen Mills, and La’Shanda Howard, all of Chattanooga; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
He will lie in state on Tuesday, Feb. 19, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home with the funeral to follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel with Pastor Edward Thrasher as the eulogist.
Burial will be on Wednesday, Feb. 20, at 10:30 a.m. in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
