Willia Dean Gravley Sentell, age 86, of Highway #100, Summerville, Georgia passed away Sunday evening in a Rome hospital.
A native of Chattooga County, She was born to the late Gene and Winnell Everett Gravley, on June 7, 1932. Mrs. Sentell was a member of the Four Mile Baptist Church and was retired from the cloth room of Mount Vernon Mills and Summerville Middle School.
Surviving are her children, Shelia (Buddy) Gentry, Mike (Amy) Morrison, and Mark (Melody) Sentell; father of her children, Alvin Sentell; grandkids, Kandy (Richard) Craig, Jeremy Guinn, Preston Morrison, Keith (Rhiannon) Morrison, Alex Sentell, Mackenize Morrison, Jaden Morrison, Jackson Morrison; great-grandkids, Ethan (Olivia) Nixon, Stella Morrison, Ashby Morrison, Aubry Morrison, Justin Craig, Douglas Craig; great-great-grandchild, Sawyer Craig; special nephew, Ryan Gravley; special first cousin, Patty Walley; and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 19, at 2:30 p.m. from the Four Mile Baptist Church with Rev. Doyle Kelly and Rev. Joel Smith officiating, interment in Johnson Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Ethan Nixon, Alex Sentell, Keith Morrison, Mackenizie Morrison, Jackson Morrison, Jeremy Guinn, Kaleb Craig, Ryan Gravley, and Preston Morrison. Honorary pallbearers are members of Four Mile Baptist Church, and staff of Oakview Nursing & Rehab Center.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Feb. 19, from 1-2:30 p.m. at the church.
