Wanda Marlene McDaniel Brown, 64, passed away on Monday, February 18, 2019.  

She was a hard worker who held two jobs most of her life, one with Harrison Bay State Park for over 20 years and the other as a cook with the county food service for 34 years.  Wanda loved her family and playing with her grandchildren, Greyson and Madalyn.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hobart and Mary McDaniel and a brother, James.

Wanda is survived by her daughter, Carla (Brian) Knitter; brother, Gary McDaniel; sisters, Judy Ford and Roberta Knox; grandchildren, Greyson and Madalyn as well as several nieces and nephews.

There will be a graveside service held on Monday, Feb. 25, at 3 p.m. at Maddux Cemetery in Harrison, with Dr. Steven Granger officiating. There will be no visitation or services at the funeral home.
