Sam Robinson Joins Arbitration And Mediation Services

Arbitration & Mediation Services has added Sam Robinson, Jr. as a civil mediator.  Mr. Robinson recently retired after 10.5 years as a full-time mediation specialist with over 2,000 resolved mediations with the TN Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. 

Prior to his mediation service with the State of Tennessee, Mr. Robinson served for 38 years as a general practice attorney in Chattanooga, handling injury cases for claimants in automobile and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, and defective products.  Mr. Robinson’s law practice also included issues of business, civil contracts, real estate, small-medium size business corporations and partnerships, landlord-tenant actions, domestic relations (divorce and adoption), bankruptcy and collection cases.
