Dolores Sue Agner Wagner, 86, of Rossville, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2019, at her home.  

She was a member of Brainerd Baptist Church and the Friendship Sunday School Class. Dolores loved her family and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her pride and joy.

She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Ashley Wagner and her parents, Elmore and Edith Agner.

Survivors include her husband, Gene O. Wagner, Sr.; two sons, Gene O. Wagner, Jr. and his wife Tina of Fort Oglethorpe, GA and Eric Wagner and his wife Debra of Chattanooga; one granddaughter, Heather Burton; two great-grandchildren, Emory and Lennon; one brother, Joel Agner of Salisbury, North Carolina.

The family would like to thank the staff of Hospice of Chattanooga, especially nurses Patty and Sherry  for their excellent and tender care.

A graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 25, at Chattanooga National Cemetery with Dr. Ronnie Mitchell officiating and the friendship Sunday School Class as honorary pallbearers.  

The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 24, at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road, East Ridge, Tn.
