Two Red Bank apartment complexes have sold for over $11.6 million.
 
The same owner had the North Shore Flats at 3001  Dayton Blvd. and the Vivid Lofts at 4103 Dayton Blvd.
 
The Vivid Lofts are near Walgreens, while the North Shore Flats are just south of Red BankCityHall.
 
The North Shore Flats transaction was to Mds Main Street Llc, Nsf Chattanooga Llc from North Shore Flats Llc, Mary Margaret Wester Tr, Mary Margaret Wester Trust $5,225,000.

The Vivid Lofts transaction was to Vl Chattanooga Llc, Floyd I Bachrach Family Limited Partnership 3 from Vivid Lofts Llc, Mary Margaret Wester Tr, Mary Margaret Wester Trust $6,395,000.
