Chattanooga Area Under Flood Warning; High Winds Expected Saturday Night

Cleveland State Basketball Defeated By Chattanooga State, 77-71

The Cougar Men's Basketball team lost a hard-fought game 77-71 against Chattanooga State on Sophomore Recognition Day.

After a strong first half in which they outscored the Tigers 42-30, the Cougars found themselves in a closer game than they anticipated coming out of the locker room. Chattanooga State took a 64-62 lead within five minutes to go in the game and they never looked back.

The Cougars will play at home next Wednesday, February 13th against Walters State hoping to start a winning streak. Tip off is set for 7:30 ET.
