Fair Oaks Road Closure Extended Till Thursday, W Road Closed Today

Due to unforeseen additional work required in the 8500 block of Fair Oaks Road, the roadway will remain closed to all traffic until Thursday, March at 4 p.m.  

As before, detours are posted and no residences are affected since they can all be reached following the detour from Crabtree Road. 

Also, the W Road will be closed from 10 a.m.-noon Tuesday. This will allow Walden Utility to move equipment and perform cleanup tasks.

Motorist Who Felt He Got "Cut Off" Led To Road Rage Brawl On I-24

A motorist who felt he got "cut off" by a vehicle entering I-24 in Brainerd wound up getting in a road rage brawl with the other motorist near the Fourth Avenue Exit on Friday.
