Robert Daniels
Robert “Bobby” Daniels, Jr., 70, formerly of Chattanooga, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2019, in a local hospital in Baldwin Park, California.
He graduated from Riverside High School. He worked with the City of Chattanooga Public Works Department. Robert was a former member of the Greater Tucker Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Dorothy Daniels; sister, Brenda Daniels.
Survivors include his sons, Kelvin Daniels and Akeem Daniels both of Chattanooga; daughters, Carla Daniels of Las Vegas, NV, Amber Daniels, and Brittaney Daniels, both of Chattanooga; brothers, Larry (Yvonne) Daniels of Acworth, GA, Calvin (Emma) Daniels, of Jacksonville, FL, and Vincent Daniels of Acworth, GA; sisters, Carolyn (Terry) Fuqua of Chattanooga, Jacqueline (Reverend Larry) Miles of Conyers, GA, Pricilla (Rodney) Freeman of Acworth, GA; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild; close friend Reverend Lydell Lovelace; nephews; nieces; cousins; other relatives and friends.
He will lie in state on Thursday, March 21, at 10 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home with the funeral to follow at noon in the chapel with Reverend Larry Miles as the eulogist. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens.
