MCA Continues Investment In Chattanooga

  • Tuesday, March 19, 2019

In response to customer demand MCA officials said they have recognized the need for expansion to meet customer’s needs. Through the purchase of the building adjacent to their current headquarters, MCA will be able to expand their current support center, hire additional help desk engineers and hire additional administrative staff.

Providing customers with the highest level of technical support is vital to the vision of MCA according to President Mike Collins and the mission of MCA. “We have made significant investments in infrastructure and employees over the past 32 years, and I am pleased to announce that this expansion of the MCA Support Center will provide us the ability to hire additional support staff to meet our customer’s needs.” Mr. Collins said.

Once completed, the expanded MCA Support Center will house the Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers from the MCA help desk and Network Operations Center, providing 24-hour services to customers nationwide.
