A man caught selling meth in Cleveland, Tn., has been sentenced to serve 151 months in federal prison.
William Cox, who appeared before Judge Sandy Mattice, will be on supervised release for 10 years.
On Nov. 8, 2017, agents used a confidential informant to make a controlled meth buy from Cox. The deal was arranged for a gas station in Cleveland.
After agents detained Cox, a drug-sniffing dog hit on the truck. Inside were found a bag of meth and $3,000 in cash.
Cox said he had sold part of his meth while on the way to Cleveland. Each sale was eight ounces.
