Jerry Leverett
Jerry Louis Leverett, 64, passed away on March 19, 2019.
“Buzzard” was the most kind, patient and loving person you could ever meet. He loved to help people in any way that he could. He will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ida Crisp and Wayne Leverett; sister Kim Rollins.
Survivors include his loving wife of 40 years Deborah Leverett; children Amanda “Rosye” (Ryan) Owens, Jacob (Jackie) Leverett; grandchildren Kiersten “Sweetie” Owens, John Nova and Ryder Lane Leverett; eight brothers and sisters, many nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at White Oak Baptist Church on Friday, March 22, at 4 p.m. with Pastor Jeff Daniels officiating.
Visitation will be held at White Oak Baptist Church on Friday from 2-4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Kidney Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
