Lois Lewis
Anna Lois Lewis was asked to come home on Tuesday night, March 19, 2019 by her Lord and Savior. Lois was a lifelong citizen in the community of Jasper, Tennessee.
She was a devoted wife, loving mother to her family, formed many bonded friendships and was a cherished member to the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Jasper, Tn.
Lois had the love for square dancing, working puzzles, painting and most of all traveling the continent.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Nathan “Jack” Lewis, Sr.; her parents, Horace and Bertie Rector; her son, Nathan “Jack” Lewis, Jr.; brothers, Claude, George and Royce Rector; and sister, Joyce Fuller.
Those left to cherish her memories include her daughter-in-law, Lana Lewis; grandson, Nathan “Jack” Lewis, III; granddaughter, Megghan Lewis and great-grandson, Kyle Curtis; along with several nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends.
The family will receive friends for visitation at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tn. on Saturday, March 23, from 5-7 p.m. CDT and on Sunday, March 24, from 12:30-2 p.m. CDT.
Funeral services will be held in the chapel at Tate Funeral Home on Sunday, March 24, at 2 p.m. CDT with Joey Manis officiating.
Lois will be laid to rest at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper, Tn.
